Thank you for reporting this issue. An Officer for this area will investigate, and start a case if applicable. Please know weeds must be at least 12 inches tall and cover the majority of the yard before action can be taken. A seven-day notice is given to property owners to correct the issue. In some cases, it can take up to 30 days before the City can take legal action against those in violation. Updates will be posted here.

The officer stated that the grass does not exceed the 12 inches allowed by city ordinace. A case was started on the vast amout of tree braches that has fallen from part of a tree.

The Code Officer found no violations upon inspection. There is no ordinance prohibiting dead trees.
