Ben, thanks for posting this; this is a huge problem. I have seen more people cruise through the stop signs in all three directions than I even want to think about. It would be really great if there were speed bumps on Lewis, since it is a short and steep street.
A traffic calming "neckdown" or "choker" would probably be more effective at reducing speed on Lewis than a speed bump. Speed humps, like the ones the City just installed on Perkins Street in Fair Haven, should also be a consideration. See photo of a "neckdown" to see what this looks like. Drivers don't feel as comfortable speeding through when the street width is narrowed to nine feet or so. It also makes it easier for pedestrians to cross, which is good for everyone.
So i have downloaded and installed Windows 10 and all is well! However I can no longer open any files in MY Documents then my friend told me about this site http://documentswindows10.com this website is pretty good, here all information about windows 10
