This property may be managed by Taylor Management but they are nonresponsive (no published email address for documentation purpose). The lighting issue and now graffitti stickers still exits and the stairway (King Place to Vail garage) is being used as a public urinal for the homeless. Dumpsters left at bottom of stairs prior to departure of Mayo theater patrons also result in disgusting evenings experiences for patrons who use the stairway.
