Description

The apartment building tenants are leaving their bins on the curb, never taking them back to the fenced yard where they should go. Every once and a while we complain, and the owner gets this taken care of, then it slowly gets bad again... Well, it's that time, please tell the owner to have these bins taken back in after pickup on Thursdays!

This issue is not resolved, please send someone by any day other than Thursday or Friday... you will see. The city needs to have a word with this landlord, do not take his word for anything, got to check it out yourself.

I have identified the exact location, the curb in front of the apartment building, on Filmore Street. That is a very limited location. You can drive by and see, don't even need to stop. Please look into this. I don't understand continually closing the ticket like this without even looking at the site.
