Thank you for reporting this issue. The Officer for this area will investigate the address. Please know in order for this to be a violation there needs to be a considerable amount of trash/debris in the yard. An Officer also must observe the violation as it sits, so if the debris is removed before an officer can investigate, we are unable to begin a violation case. If there is a violation, we will make contact with the occupants and inform them of their rules and regulations regarding debris in the yard. Updates will be posted here.

The officer stated that this is not a violation at this point, an investigation case will be started to make sure the bag is gone tomorrow.

The Code Officer reported that the trash was cleaned up.
