Message: Barbara was upset with the lack of plows/ snow removal today from the City of Albany. She “did not see one plow/sand truck” on her way to work this morning. She lives on Marwood and works in Menands. She called earlier today complaining about the roads (she spoke with Sam who she said was very nice). About an hour and a half after that call her daughter had gotten into an accident on Whitehall. Her daughter was ok but she was still very upset about the street conditions. She would like someone to acknowledge her complaint and at the very least leave a message at her home phone.
