Description

Once again this home owner ( If you want to call him that.) Is starting a junk yard in his back yard . And of course the trash is piling up again. Year after year with this loser. Please could code enforcement visit Mr Thurman again. Cant have friends in my yard looking at his dump. Gets embarrassing after a while.

I visited 97 Irving st today. Upon arrival I did notice that the owner does have a number of cars in backyard (Cabs).The yard also could use some clean up as well. There was no answer at the door , so I left a door knocker to have the owner call me so we can meet and discuss.
