I have been putting in complaints for 3 years or more and no one seems to want to do anything, including the Alder for that ward and the condo board. They should all be ashamed. PW says to call the PD when you see it happening or get the name of the contractor from the truck-or license plate. Good advice' but they need to fine these idiots.
I believe someone knows someone to have them keep looking the other way as the pile occludes half a lane of 2 lane road and makes you drive into oncoming traffic to get by, and the sidewalk is blocked EVERY YEAR AND EVERY TIME IT SNOWS, plus the City can't figure out how to fine anyone for violation this ordinance for the last 20 years - call this guy and let him know this is happening. He won't address the issue, but at least you tried and call your Alder and ask how they can't see this ??
