Next to Innovative Fitness is a business called One Stop Performance. Here is a list of issues:
-vehicles left up on lifts in back on the weekend
-vehicles blocking fire lane behind building
-vehicles double parked in front parking lot
-multiple vehicles broken down
-stuff stored outside with and with out tarps in plain sight
-3 bays and 2 permanent car lifts in the back. How many parking spaces are required for this place to meet code?
If you require pictures from the weekend, I will be happy to email them to you. This place is an eyesore right on Texas Avenue - a major entrance to the city of College Station and my neighborhood. Thank you for your help.
