I walk through daily but have never seen this individual. What day & time did it occur?

On a Friday night recently exiting Blessings 2 Go, around ??? 8 PM? He was banging on the car with his , uh, free hand. No one I've seen hanging around in the downtown/ the mentally ill crowd. As before, not your normal perv--usually they just get their kicks from the shock but this guy had more damage in mind. Only the rock changed his mind. A big guy, in his ?? 50's - 60's, tall, outweighed my daughter and me together.

Usually, these guys like to expose themselves to frighten a woman. Most are harmless.
Several years ago, I was in West Haven when a guy exposed himself to me so I yelled to him,
"Is that all you've got?" and he took off because he was insulted. Please don't misunderstand me, I'm not trying to humor anyone. If you yell back, it will get other people's attention.

Catlady, your description matches the man I saw streaking down State St. In front of Mezcal on Aug. 28. around 5 p.m. I only caught a glimpse of him from my 3rd floor apt window. But he was an older, heavy set male with gray hair wearing nothing but a pair of white socks. I don't know if this helps, but there were quite a few people outside of Mezcal who probably got a better look at him.

Sorry, just realized I got the date wrong, it was Thurs. Aug.23.

A "streaker"???? He is probably a hippie who escaped from one of the local nursing homes. (Streakers were common in the late 60s and early 70s)
