This is an ongoing constant happening at Horace and Dickies and no one that owns that place will do anything about this. I think that they should be warned that any more complaints and they will be fined. The reason is when I see either people with small children in strollers and even some folks in wheel chairs they have to go into the street to get around these cars. Please do something about this ongoing issue with them.
