My tenants at 65 Rock Creek Road had their trash bins stolen in 2014.
Around February of 2014 I called Public Works asking for a replacement. After being told that I needed to file a police report, I did so.
I called the department back, gave the clerk the police report number and was told that a new bin would be delivered within 45 days.

After three months - nothing. I called again and was told that there was no record of my first call. I repeated the process - still no delivery in 45 days.

Around August 2014 I called for a third time - still no results.

Now my tenants are reporting that the trash collection crews are throwing the tenants own trash cans into the truck, leaving them with nothing.

What now?
