Thank you for reporting this again. It is a duplicate of SCF #1651456 and SCF # 1665548 and will be marked as such. Water Services is well aware of the issues with the boxes on Southern Trace, and will be pulling those sewer clean out boxes and re-cementing around the clean out.

The issue has been resolved.

Water Services found that this box and lid are on the customers' side for their water cut off/shut off valve, so this will be their responsibility to replace.
