Description
The 300 Block of Brook Rd. (directly at Ram Cat Alley Apts.) Ram Cat Residents are not cleaning up after their dogs. They let their dogs urinate and defecate between parked cars. They have been confronted by a few business owners in the area, and do not respect and do not clean up after their pets. Would like to see "clean up after your pet" signs and monetary fine for not doing so installed on this block.

3/26/2012 – Thank you so much for sharing your very important concern with the City of Richmond government. Signage that states "clean up after your pet" must be approved by the Richmond Clean City Commission and you can contact this group by emailing:
