I saw with my own eyes a white man throwing trash in bushes, I saw this 2 occasions. ( dog feces bags used )He throws his dog feces bags in bushes in yards, homeowners property, on the side walk & basically everywhere he walks his dog. He is a older white man in his 60s with a small white dog. (Small Breed) This littering must be stopped, it unacceptable He walks his dog in this area Volterra Village Area. I had to throw away this feces bag, some people are lazy & can't take accountability for their own..
