Description

The construction on Hensel St. spreads the mud out to Texas Ave. This is primarily due to their heavy trucks and construction vehicles.
Most recently, that mud has stayed for at least three weeks, if not more, and nobody cares to clean it.
This creates a safety hazard on Texas Avenue, as the central turning lane filled with mud causes slipping, and even rocks flying from the tires.
The construction site must clean up after themselves, and it should not be from the city's budget.

They also bombed out Hensel Street, but it looks like they are going to pave it. (Will they?)
