The condition of the building and the area behind and around it are quite deplorable. There are broken windows and trash everywhere. It does appear to be completely empty and rundown and bo one is caring for it at all. There is also a business on that property or a related property that has a yard full of trash, garbage and liquids stored in all kinds of containers, that can be seen from the street and surrounding residences. For a business it is certainly an unkempt property and should be addressed as I’m not sure any of it is safe. Thank you.
