The property owner is responsible for the sidewalk surrounding his property only. Also if this is a corner property then he must clear the curb.
This type of complaint does not constitute an opening of a work order therefore we must close. Please do not reopen.
We are working hard in conjunction with HPD to locate property owners and enforcing the shoveling and clearing of sidewalks.
