Description
On January 10 at 7pm at S.P.O.A.C. (East Passyunk and Dickinson) the Zoning Committee of the Passyunk Square Civic Association will hear a case seeking a permit for the retail sale of cell phones and accessories on the first floor rear in the same building with an existing two-family dwelling above. Note: This case will be about the uses on the first floor, not the two-family dwelling above. ZBA hearing for this case (#16154) is on January 24, 2012.

These MCS Metro stores are ghetto. They kind of crap-up the neighborhood. There used to be one farther down on Passyunk Ave...I think on the 1800 block; they used to sell cigarettes out of the cell phone store.
Maybe we could request that this MCS Metro store can also sell smokes, lottery tickets, and maybe bottles of beer wrapped in brown paper bags...that way we can roll over to Capitolo playground and drink brown bag beer and smoke cigarettes while the kids run around playing in a carconogenic cloud and running over broke beer bottle glass.
