From Planning and Development Services: "A single family detached house is being constructed at 3346 Keefer Loop, with a detached garage that will have accessory living space. The living space over the garage meets the requirements to be classified as accessory to the primary house. The property owner has signed an affidavit stating that he is aware of and will be complying with the regulations regarding no more than four unrelated living on the property."
