Zoning for Buena Vida required lots to be a certain size so that there weren't too many dwellings per acre. This is why zoning did not permit Buena Vida to be platted for town homes. Property owner is building 2 dwellings on a single lot. Is this allowed? It doesn't seem to mesh with the idea of single family zoning. Or is this a new way to get around the 4 unrelated rule?
