Josh, there is no such thing as a natural narcotics zone. I expect my neighborhood to be safe for children and appealing for those who wish to patronize the good businesses on the block. You know, just the things anyone from West Hartford, Farmington, or Avon would expect in their neighborhoods.

Grocery store and the building next to it are dealing drugs out of both places!

This problem appears to have been recently resolved. Thanks to the HPD for putting some pressure on.
