I've asked about this previously, and the answer I've been given is that the Brewery Square landlords is actually responsible for the lights in the South end of the park. From where the fence along the river in line with the driveway south. They have done a poor job of maintenance. Interestingly the landlord is looking for relief on back taxes, and the issue is before the Board of Alders at their next meeting, 3rd Monday 20 Oct.
