Finally a solution to the "careless, thoughtless" dog owner. With any luck the park system user will begin to see the disappearance of the "plastic" and/or metal dog watering bowls that populate the Shelly Lake watering fountain. It is like a minefield trying to navigate to the fountain without stepping-in or sloshing the bowls.
Leave only footprints and take your junk with you.
