There are potholes all along Belvidere Street especially on the south direction of Belvidere where there are brick walkways in the road there are potholes where the asphalt begins beside the brick walkways in the road. Who's bright idea was it to install these brick walkways across Belvidere and now they just installed more brick walkways near VCU.
