Many areas of the sidewalk are uneven. An elderly woman tripped and fell. She hurt her wrist and busted her lip. I think various areas of the sidewalks on both sides of Second street from Washington to the boardwalk will need to be repaired to make it safe for pedestrians.

Trucks of supply companies (WB Mason and others) consistently park on the sidewalk while making deliveries to the Hudson County offices. Repeatedly, they driven over a signal box in the concrete near the corner of Central & Pavonia. This is now a pedestrian hazard that could cause a trip or fall and a serious injury. Please have it fixed and keep trucks off the sidewalk. I suggest blocking vehicular access.

This underpass sidewalk needs to be accessible to everyone! It’s unbelievable and dangerous, I can’t believe the city didn’t at least fix one side of the sidewalk, I saw everyday people walking in the middle of the street with kids and stroller because there is no easy access to this terrible sidewalk. Same for people in weal-chair! There is no way you can’t fix a little before your big construction than you plan to do. There is not even a pedestrian crossing!!!! How dangerous. And yes of course it’s dirty but the security is 0 and it looks like you are waiting for a big accident to happens. I see so many kids walking all the times. I also see a lot of bikes taking dangerous risk because it’s so dark and not accessible for them too. At night there is NO LIGHT! Please Jersey City fix this.. you probably have kids too and this is really unsafe! Thank you

The Boardwalk in front of Crystal Point is beginning to cave in and has become a trip hazard. The depression can be seen for about 25 ft all along the boardwalk. It should be fixed promptly to prevent accidents but also to prevent it from caving deeper.
