As paying and law obeying member of a community with resident parking sticker we understand our responsibility but we should not have to be calling the Police all the time for them to come to check the parking areas because they are vehicle park illegally on resident sticker parking areas, I believe that does areas should be routinely check and vehicle park illegally should be ticketed and repeated offender should towed. A good example of this is the High Street Park parking area, because very rarely unless call by neighbors the police check the area even many residents are parking now with out purchasing their tickets why expend the money if nothing is going to happen. The City should request that the Police which is a municipal department or authority does routine checks of the Resident Parking Areas and they can due at slow patrolling times and we will support them by calling them when we also see illegally park or vehicle with out resident parking or visitor stickers.
