Tenant is having vehicle(s) park in front yard of property (not in driveway) Tenant is running property as their concrete company location

There are several cars parked illegally on New York avenue sw due to an event at El Vado One car (see attached image) is partially blocking my driveway making it impossible for me to get out of my driveway

Speeding vehicles in both directions on Central Ave every night, but especially weekend nights, from about 8pm on through the night. Please enforce speeding laws.

Property owner 'weed-wacked' some of the overgrowth on sidewalk; left clippings in gutter to flow into storm drain Continued eyesore!!

since traffic laws are not enforced in Albuquerque, who would be the responsible authority to install additional bollards or other appropriate barriers to prevent vehicles from driving on pedestrian sidewalks and homeowner's yards/landscaping to cross from the El Vado motel to access NY Ave SW??

Old Town HAWK light, Central west of Rio Grande, doesn’t work. Bags to indicate its not workingness have blown away. Turning on the light would improve pedestrian safety.

Trash receptacle in front of APD Old Town Sub Station is overflowing onto sidewalk and bus benches. This is an ongoing problem that has been reported a number of times. Needs to be scheduled for more frequent pick ups.

on 5/7/21, a driver intentionally rammed the el vado's planter with his vehicle and destroyed it. please remove the broken pieces from the residential street and replace the broken planter with a permanent barrier. previous bollards were similarly destroyed too.

(Sorry for attaching a picture) Normally I am able to stomach the cleanup of a sad situation on the road, but not this time $% drivers going too fast This rabbit is right at the Alhambra/San Pasquale SW street sign on San Pasquale SW Please help us take care of 'him'. 😢 Thank you!

Similar to incident reported 7 mos. ago (issue 7428202), vehicles intentionally push/move planters in order to exit El Vado parking lot on to NY Ave SW -- only this time, the white truck crashed in to and broke the planter. 7:15 pm, Thurs. 9/17/20.

Please install an actual/real/substantial traffic barrier in this location.
