    Pedestrians knock into the branch as you are walking past. Can this branch be removed?

    A few years ago new sidewalks were put in on Warner Street. At that time a square brick was placed on the corner of Arch Street. It does not seem to have a purpose. You can trip over it.
    Can this be removed. What was this for?

    The cement splashed onto the bottom half of the wooden retaining wall at 99 Warner Street. I cannot manually remove the cement. I am requesting that a qualified person remove the cement from this property. It is an eyesore

The cement splashed onto the bottom part of the wooden retaining wall next to the sidewalk in front of 99 Warner Street Hamden 06514. I cannot remove the cement manually from the wood. I am requesting that a qualified person remove the cement from the property. It is an eye sore.
