The traffic signal at Whitney and Willow seems to have a problem with timing. It allows for 1-2 motorists (at most) to make a left-hand turn onto Whitney from Willow. Not only is this inconvenient for drivers, it is rather dangerous for pedestrians - especially since there is no pedestrian signal.

At first I thought it was a fluke, but this has happened several times over the last 2 weeks between 8:00 & 9:00am. I'm hoping that the signal isn't purposely timed that way...
