Couch has dumped at curb in front of residence with bags of garbage on top. Trash pick-up is not until Monday night/Tuesday morning.

Panel on south side of Madison Avenue crosswalk (near Dino's Pizza) is in terrible condition - badly cracked and getting worse by the day. Much of the panel is crushed and a serious tripping hazard. I just witnessed a boy take a pretty bad stumble. Rain and debris collect in it, ice formed in it all winter. It's been reported in the past, but it is a mess and, hopefully, can be repaired soon.

A padlock - one of those "love locks" - was affixed to the bridge. It's on the east rail near the midpoint of the span. It's been there since before the bridge opened for the season. It needs to removed before other people get the stupid idea to add their own love locks - we don't need this historic feature of the park cluttered with padlocks and damaged by them.

Vacant, bank-owned property has been tagged yet again.

Television dumped next to front steps. Been out since Monday.

Lots of dog feces in front of vacant restaurant, especially in the former sidewalk patio area. Absolutely disgusting.

Disgusting mess at Dinos Pizza

This property has been previously reported and a notice posted, but to no avail. The condition of the sidewalk has gotten much worse with pedestrians to struggle through a narrow, uneven rut of snow...or go around snowbanks to walk around the mess from the street. This needs to be cleared and the bill send to the bank that owns the property.

Couch dumped in front of house by residents yesterday afternoon.

Hydrant in front of The Dutch Pot is completely buried in a deep bank of heavy compacted snow. Only the very top is visible and even that will be buried soon with more snow coming.

Sidewalk has not been cleared in front of this bank-owned house all winter. It is difficult and dangerous to walk here as there is only a narrow, deep, and slippery track created by foot traffic.

Sidewalk has not been shoveled and it is difficult walking the lenght of this address all the way to the corner.

The MADISON AVE/DELAWARE AVE street signs are missing from the southeast corner of the intersection. The pole is still there, but somewhat tilted.

Couch dumped in front of buildings between the front steps of 400a and 400b Madison on Christmas afternoon.

Window on right side of empty storefront was smashed. There is a huge hole with shards of loose glass, glass on ground, and large pieces of glass left in a box on step.

The panel at the SE corner of Madison and Delaware had been broken and deteriorating for over a year. It's been repeatedly damaged by cars turning too close to the curs. It is cracked, sunken, and hazardous. Rain and debris collects in it making a puddle one has to step over or splash through. In the winter, it fills with snow and ice. It makes crossing an already busy intersection harder. It's been reported two or three times before, but has simply gotten worse.
