I don't really understand what's going on here. Wires sticking out of the ground. A cone on the ground that's saying "no parking anytime". Has the cone been tipped over? Was it meant to cover the wires? is the cone trying to stop people when driving into the actual park?

Lights seem to be out in this intersection. The lights are flashing yellow. Drivers speeding through. No working light for pedestrians. We had a young women ran over recently. Be careful pedestrians.

Are they allowed to park here? Completely blocking the sidewalk for pedestrians. garage Saya "no parking"

Again, Knickerbocker has trash everywhere. I'm not planning the owner. Whoever keeps being nasty with the trash has to stop. it's disgusting. The trash cans look rummaged through, there's trash outside of the cans. There is also trash on the sidewalk, closer to the side entrance of the Knickerbocker

car has been blocking the driveway of a garage. individuals comming out of garage are having issues maneuvering around black car. Black car has been there for at least four hours.
