Description
Since normal traffic reduces due to COVID-19, loud vehicles become more active on Whitney Avenue. The excessive noise from (modified) motorcycles and vehicles need to be addressed. The city needs to enforce a noise ordinance. The noises disrupt daily life and significantly degrade life quality in this otherwise quiet neighborhood.

On related issues (ATV and dirt bikes in East Rock), the report channels may be useful in this case too.
"If anyone has any tips about, say, a neighbor who has 12 dirt bikes in their garage, or any other information about people who ride dirt bikes and quads illegally through the city, they can call an anonymous police tip line at 1-866-888-TIPS (8477) or 203-946-6296.
People can also send a text to 274637 with any information they’d like to share with the police, or email ECIC@newhavenct.gov."
