It was a drumming demonstration by an educator, filmed for the purpose of distance learning since classrooms are closed. It was a total of 5-10 minutes, many neighbors enjoyed this actually and applauded, relax.

How about instead of reporting your neighbor...you take a few minutes away from work, take a little walk outside on a nice day, to go over and talk to them about the situation. We are all in this situation together and a little understanding ON BOTH PARTIES goes a long way.
