Description
This property that has been problematic for a decade, is once again overgrown and abandonded. Not only is the issue overgrown grass and weeds, but climbing vines.
I suggest that code enforcement take a closer look at this abandoned construction site, specifically, the large mound of overgrown ivy to the right of the "driveway". That isn't dirt underneath, but rather old abandoned construction debris that is being reclaimed by climbing vines.
The behavior and lack of upkeep at this property is unacceptable anywhere. In a neighborhood with rapidly increasing property values, this is infuriating to all the citizens surrounding this property on every side, who have worked hard to improve the beauty and value of their homes and the neighborhood as a whole.

Absolutely do not close this. Gevis Dickerson has "inspected" this property many times previously, and closed issued that were unresolved and not fixed. Many in the neighborhood believe him to be a personal friend of the owner of this property.
This issue will remain open until it is properly addressed, and the overgrown property is cut and cleaned up.

Please see the above comment. This issue will remain open until the issue is resolved. Additionally, please assign a different inspector to this case (i.e. not Gevis Dickerson), for the reasons enumerated above.
As is typical at this property, absolutely nothing has changed, but Gevis Dickerson has closed out the complaint. There wasn't even time for an inspector to drive by before the issue was closed.
