Description

Property is a mess. The stairwell under the stoop (leading to a basement apartment) is blocked with multiple bags of garbage which is attracting rodents and could impede access to the unit in an emergency. Garbage and debris regularly fill the area in front of the ground level windows. Bars on one ground floor window are broken and protruding outward. Whole place is becoming another eyesore.
