Description
There needs to be a sign reminding drivers on Landry who are turning left onto Lakeside Ave. (To go up towards 495) that they need to yield to the traffic from Glen St. That is going across Lakeside Ave onto Landry. I travel this way home 7 days a week and more than 50÷ of the time we nearly get hit by some car on Landry turning left and assuming they have the right of way (which they do not)

This intersection is controlled by MassDOT - 403 Belmont Street, Worcester, MA (508) 929-3800. The City does not have the right to alter the intersection or the signage. We recommend that you contact MassDOT at the above location and try to work with them on this.
We had the same issue/complaint at the intersection of East Main Street/Lincoln Street/Stevens Street, where the through movement from East Main Street to Steven Street was getting “cut-off” by Stevens Street traffic making a left turn onto East Main Street without yielding the right of way to the through movement. We erected a sign facing Stevens Street stating "LEFT TURN YIELD ON GREEN".
This might be suggested to MassDOT as a remedy for correcting this illegal turning movement at the Landry Street/Glen Street/Route 20 intersection.
