large oak tree located behind mail box needs trimming or cut -down. Last week large branch fell off into my drive. Branch looks like it could be dead. Tree covered in green fungus. Branches hang in my driveway (where I park my car) and branches reach into the gutter in the front of my house. Please inspect as soon as possible. Tree
