It is becoming a frequent occurrence that cars park right up to this corner and you cannot see to turn left or right coming off of Smedes onto Sutton. I have witnessed and almost been party to several near-accidents trying to make this turn around the parked cars with people speeding down Sutton in both directions making it even more difficult. Can we have citations issued when people park so close to the corners or put a sign up showing where parking should begin?
