Description

Resident of 404 Madison removed two mattresses and a bed frame from 406 Madison and dumped them in front of 402 Madison, but didn't bother placing them at the curb for regular pick-up overnight. Mattresses are dirty and, if they get soggy with rain, it'll be gross.
