Code Enforcement has been in contact with the owner and management company of this address to educate them about the Over Occupancy Ordinance. Enforcement will resume on June 1st.

Isn't this property in a High Occupancy Overlay?

I believe so. But the property owner needs to take the necessary steps to submit to Planning and Development so that the home can be classified as Shared Housing. The City rezoning did not automatically grant the classification to the properties. Therefore, until the owners take the steps to make that designation, the tenants will continue to be harassed.
