Description

City employees are marking a litter complaint about shopping carts under the bridge as completed over 20 times despite there being a shopping cart there for months in plain site that has never moved. Saying it is completed without actually doing anything is fraud.

The location is marked on the map. The marker on the 311 app shows exactly where it is. And this complaint isn't about the carts, it is about the other complaint being closed 50 times saying it is completed, when the carts under the bridge and near the tunnel haven't moved in months.
