Description
The city needs a better way to report parking violations. When reported to 311 it usually takes at least a day (usually) for Parking Enforcement to respond. The offenders are usually long gone by the time Enforcement arrives.

"We normally respond to the complaint as soon as the 311 hits the queue.
The citizen can also call Parking direct in regards to an illegal parker or complaint.
