Webster St. between Goffe and Dixwell was mutilated by repeated utility digging over a period of months. The work appears to be finished, but the road surface is a bumpy, uneven mess. It needs to be repaved. The utility companies that did the work need to be accountable for restoring the street to a reasonable condition.
