Hit the pothole on Monday, December 18. Resulted in flat tire in the front and rear passenger wheels. Brought car to Mavis to who indicated the wheels have been damaged along with tires. Wheels will not hold air. Had to order two new tires and now in process of ordering two new wheels at the end the cost will be a little over $1,000.

The intersection of Morton, S. Swan St and Martin Luther King has been recently worked on, but they did not cover there work correctly and now every time a car speeds up or down the street my entire home shakes

Verizon or NatGrid cut a hole in the freshly paved road and put a temp patch on that was either street sweeped or plowed off.

During the summer of 2023 National Grid replaced a gas valve. The backfill and patch after the road opening is sinking and it seems like the backfill is being scoured out.

Side walk looks to have been ripped up and is now just gravel with lips on both sides of the sidewalk.

Sinkhole starting at Morton and Martin Luther King Blvd..recent road work done and now pavement is collapsing.

There is a large pothole sinkhole on Elberon Place just off of Quail Street - the pothole is beginning to be the entire width of the street at that location

Water collects at the end of the driveway every time it rains. The driveway apron needs repair.

The elevator lobby at riverfront garage is trashed from homeless people staying inside there

5 vacant lots are a dumping ground Trash and litter everywhere The city should consider a fence to keep people off these lots It gets cleaned up (thank you DGS) then a day later the lots are full of trash again!
