    The new sidewalk installed at 2235 (I think) Goldsmith is four feet in width. Since 2009 the minimum width for new sidewalks in Houston has been 5 feet.

    The new development on the corner of Sheridan and McClendon has this far failed to build a sidewalk as required by the Houston building code. The neighborhood could very much use sidewalks and will certainly have them built when streets are reconstructed in the future, so the city would be foolish to turn down tree sidewalks that are legally required.

    Southgate neighborhood has residential parking permit except on a small section of Montclair. These spaces are quickly filled by non resident med center employees. At the intersection of Montclair and Southgate Blvd. cars routinely park illegally too close to the stop sign. A no parking sign from legal length from stop sign should be posted. This is a busy intersection for school traffic filed with cars, kids, and too many parked cars to pass safely.

    Permit parking fraud. Resident at 2226 Watts has obtained an illegal permit tag for gray Acura SUV plate DTC 9898. This vehicle is registered to an address in Pearland, TX. The vehicle owner arrives every morning between 7-9am parks and walks to work at the med center. She returns every evening between 5-6 and leaves. She is not a resident of Southgate and the tags for 2226 Watts under Sook and Charles Miller should be revoked.

    This is just a lot of household goods that continues to be dumped here week after week, the lot is empty and whomever the owners are needs to be penalized, this is a shame. COH find out who the owners are and fine them with a penalty for not protecting their property better. Again the location is off, this is located between the 500-600 BLOCK OF RAWLEY STREET HOUSTON TEXAS. PLEASE PICK THIS UP AND STRIVE TO KEEP THIS CLEANED UP BY FINING THE OWNER.
