294 Tolland St East Hartford, CT - East HartfordFrom this point heading toward Burnside Avenue, Tolland Street's painted shoulder line disappears and the pavement along the shoulder is split, rough, chopped up and in terrible, unsafe condition. This is a hazard for pedestrians, cars, and bicyclists who use this road heavily. A majority of Tolland Street heading in the opposite direction has wide, painted shoulder, this section of the street should match for safety. Many driveways of business and homes in this area are torn apart. Crosswalks, lanes, area also needed.

No Lane Markings or Crosswalks ArchivedU.S. 44 Hartford, CT - DowntownThis major intersection of Main and Morgan has been freshly paved months ago, yet no lane markers were ever painted after repaving. Extremely dangerous, pedestrians crossing without any crosswalk, and four lanes of traffic guessing where to line up when crossing another four lanes at the intersection. The whole stretch of road after this intersection has faded lines and should be repainted.

Remove snow and Paint Crosswalks! Archived99 Spruce St Hartford, CT 06103, USA - Downtown
Crosswalks in one of the busiest intersections in Hartford are not marked properly or at all in most places. Snow pile is blocking 1 of 2 lanes, and this is one of the transportation hubs of city.
Same area also has construction project at High Street corner ongoing for almost 2 years.

2 Morgan St Hartford, CT 06103, USA - DowntownFrom the intersection of Morgan Street and Trumbull, continuing on the length of Chapel Street N, the left lanes have full snow piles, forcing cars coming from cleared lanes over to the lane on the right, without notice. Now that they are iceberg strength (weeks after big storm), they need a heavy duty plow to clear this major artery.

Garbage filled Park Archived396 Main St Hartford, CT 06103, USA - DowntownNot sure if this has a name, but there are two sidewalked paths, roughly at Capitol and Main, with benches and tree lined. Dirt and litter abound, sketchy people are using the benches to take drugs, bushes are unkept, branches all over, etc. This is dead center of city and just down the block from City Hall, and it is a disgusting shame. Images to follow.

Burnside Avenue is without lane markings for most of road. No side lanes, bike lanes, pedestrian safety markings.
Contributes to a sense of no laws apply on this street. Parking lanes, safe pedestrian crossing markings, etc. are all missing.
