One of several dead branches (larger one immediately above power line) has apparently broken at the trunk attachment & is hanging in the middle of the sidewalk—as low as waist height. It is likely to cause pedestrian injury in low light situation, such as eye injury. Due to other dead branches it is NOT safe for homeowner to attempt any action re this city tree. Break occurred today.
**An inebriated gentleman just ran into it & his balance was adversely affected!

At least 50% of the fence that borders the sidewalk between the intersection at Munson and Crescent and continuing until the fence stops and turns into Beaver Hills Pond area, is covered with poison ivy. Many places the sidewalk is impassable due to the overgrowth extending into the sidewalk space and literally growing onto the sidewalk, including the poison ivy. This is a heavily used sidewalk by runners from Southern and Hillhouse HS, by dog walkers, by neighborhood residents. I have already contracted poison ivy-before I was aware of what it looked like.
Additionally, the area in front of Bowen Field has not been mowed since? There are dead tree limbs and weeks 3-4 feet tall. The fact that there is a nonworking street lamp that creates even more difficulty navigating the area at night without coming into contact with the poison ivy makes things even more difficult for local residents. This has been reported to the city but I did not get a return call.

Light pole 9597 still surrounded by the wreckage from a car accident--broken glass, plastic, wires, broken wood, etc. that occurred several weeks ago. It appears that the grass has been mowed since, but the trash remains.

Not lighting despite the fact it has the new LED bulbs. Same pole that may have been hit by a car several weeks ago.
