This has been filled a couple of times by PW, but throwing more and more cold patch into a sinking hole without fixing the cause is a waste of time and effort.

Its deep again - any assignment for future repairs?

Just in front of the green traffic signal post is a good tire size hole.

Approx location- next to manhole cover - cover is level w street to the right of it towards diamond street is sinkhole about 3 inches deep- needs fill.

Just prior to Harper ave there are a numerous amount of potholes in a strip about 25 feet long- half small, half fairly big. May need repave.
Maybe if you could just fill the big ones?

In front of a Yale Office. Looks bigger than it is- raises up about 2 inches- serious trip hazard. almost fell here several times.

In and at the intersection of Fairfield and W. Prospect - several very deep and very large holes in excess of 1 foot in diameter.

at corner of springside for several months- only getting bigger

Very loose manhole cover- moves/flips when driving over it. All pavement around it appears to have disintegrated. Dangerous if it comes off.

On Valley towards Blake -just past driveway entrance to school is a utility hole that has not been patched properly since last year- PLEASE have reported this multiple times to no avail. What does it take to force contractors to repair the roadway as required???

In front of this location road has sunken several inches- 3 feet -by entire width of lane. Other spot is around corner on Valley prior to school entrance about 2' x 2'. Public Works says "they" will be getting to it, where "they" is undefined. The water company has patched all of their work just 10 ft away from 141 Valley. Not sure if PW may be confusing this and other patches with the other work done by Water Co. in same area.

Who do I contact for permanent repair ? The contractor(s) have had plenty of time since last year to make these road repairs.

When turning from Farnham Ave onto Blake St there is a good size pothole just before the bridge.

In center of road there is a manhole cover that has dropped about 6 inches since the winter. Needs repair - approx location.

When turning from Ashmund to Webster by the park there is a large depression in the roadway about 1 foot deep and seems to be getting bigger each day. It would appear that something under the road has collapsed. It is not really visible when driving.

Please don't just fill w asphalt - this need to be fixed properly.

In front of the entrance to Crossroads is a large area of missing pavement surrounding a manhole cover about 12-18" wide and v deep. Also in other lane of travel are a few potholes in vicinity of this one.

it keeps unraveling back onto sidewalk- sharp end sticking up. maybe 20ft of it or more. Doesn't seem connected to anything. Maybe a comcast issue?
