This builder has constructed a fence that is only 15 inches off the paved trail The Harrisburg Hike & Bike Trail belongs to the Parks Board This fence appears to be encroaching on the trail right of way

Doña Leti's restaurant is dumping trash directly from their kitchen into the city drainage sewer

If you're waiting at the NW side of the Lamar/Bagby intersection to cross Bagby to get to the bike lane on the other side of Lamar at the SE corner, you'll notice the light turns green for drivers at the same time it turns green for bikes to cross the street, essentially notifying bike riders its ok to cross in front of cars ready to speed down Lamar onto Allen Parkway (we all know Allen Parkway is treated like a lawless raceway for most drivers) and enter the bike lane on the other side of the street. This is obviously extremely dangerous. Please adjust the signals so that those more vulnerable that drivers in protected cars have adequate lead time to cross the street safely.

There are drivers entering Doña Let's that park their cars blocking the sidewalk in this area. It happens frequently during lunch and in the evenings after 4:00 PM. I am not entering a license plate number because the response to this ticket is not fast enough to catch an individual driver. There are multiple violators.

Please visit this establishment during busy hours and begin writing tickets. The City of Houston is allowing drivers to break the law here and encouraging lawlessness by not enforcing the law. The city is liable for pedestrians and cyclists who have to enter the street with speeding cars to get around the blocked sidewalk.

There is a small brown and white dog loose here in the neighborhood. It has a collar but not leash, obviously. The dog is very aggressive and attacks people in the neighborhood.

Biking across Chartres and heading Southeast on Polk, I was nearly hit head-on by a driver who had entered the bike lane. The driver was attempting to skirt around the cars in front of them and was in a hurry to make a right turn on Chartres Street. The driver had hopped over the "armadillos" to get into the bike lane. This section of bike lane is in desperate need of solid protection from divers in a hurry and traveling at high speeds. This intersection could also use a safe redesign.

There is a large pile of illegally dumped trash at the intersection of Drennan Street and Commerce Street This pile was less than half this size a week ago

Drivers rarely stop at the proper location and usually stop directly in the patch of the trail, making things dangerous for cyclists and pedestrians This section of the path needs more warning for drivers to stop before the pathway Solutions are raised crosswalks and/or flashing lights warning drivers to stop at a proper distance
