    Approaching the intersection heading south on Dunkel, the left turn lane doesn't activate signal to change. This was approximately 1130pm on Sunday. I even backed up and approached intersection again to no avail. It wasn't until another vehicle approached the right turn lane heading south on Dunkel(same as me) then the signal changed.

    Turning south onto MLK from the left turn lane on E. Jolly doesn't "trip" the signal. On my way to work at 4am I usually have to back up several times from the intersection to "trip" the left turn signal. It doesn't seem to be an issue later in the day, just the 4am timeframe.

    The snow has not been removed from the sidewalk at this property this entire winter. It has frontage on Delbrook and Jolly road. It is a shame we have a "snow ordinance" and it isn't worth the paper it is written on. Now that it has just about all melted, it isn't an issue. It appears that sidewalk snow removal is optional.

    Coming from the east on Jolly to turn left(south) onto MLK the left turn signal isn't operating correctly. If I back up a time or two then it may trip the light for the green arrow to turn left. The camera must need adjusting. I sit thru 3 cycles this morning with backing up and reapproach the signal to no avail. This is 350-410am
